Medical Billing Program

This certificate program involves training in the basic concepts of medical office skills including billing for physician offices and processing medical insurance claims. Students will have hands-on experience with medical billing software in the course.

MON/WED, FEB 3-MAY 28, 5:30-9:30 PM, $900

Medical Coding Program

Students will learn from a trained professional the importance and
fundamentals of proper coding to execute financial goals of a major
medical practices. Students will have hands-on experience with medical
coding software in the course. Includes ICD-10.

MON/WED, JUN 16-NOV 24, 5:30-9:30 PM, $1500

National Certification

Prepares student for (3) three certification exams:

• Certifying Coding Associate or CCA exam offered by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA -
• Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) exam offered by the National Healthcareer Association (
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) exam offered by the American Academy for Professional Coders (AAPC -

Students may enroll in either Medical Billing (medical terminology included) only or Medical Coding only (MUST show proof of medical terminology training or enroll in GRU class) or full program.

Financial Aid Available!  If you are making payment arrangements full payment will be due by the first day of class.  No Exceptions!
